We have also integrated Google reCAPTCHA into our forms to fight against spam. For this purpose, we collect information such as your cookies, browsing history and IP address, which is sent to Google.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Copies Etc. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We post some printing you done with us in our online platforms. If you wish not to please let us know immediately.

User will retain ownership of the content that are used, referred or uploaded by the user. While using any outside content, user grants following licenses to Copies Etc, transferable, sublicensable right to copy, crop, publically display, advertising, marketing, samples, and promotional materials for Copies Etc. And the right to make modifications to users’ design.

Returns and Refund
Due to the nature of the product, no refund can be made once the order is processed unless there is error on Copies. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
